Furthermore, we have two advanced idler shaft material production lines developed by the illustrious Fuzhou Sanxun. We proudly possess the powerful capability to process a vast range of idlers with diameters varying from φ89 mm-φ219mm and an impressive length range spanning from 190mm - 2200mm. Our dedication to excellence is further exemplified by our choice of high-quality special steels for idlers, sourced from prestigious suppliers such as Xuzhou Guanghuan and the esteemed Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes.
Our commitment to superior quality is unwavering as we undertake specialized straightening for steel pipes. This meticulous process reduces the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an astounding 50% when compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has been impressively decreased from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has been significantly improved from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm; and the straightness post-straightening is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as stipulated by the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers is elevated by one precision grade, exceeding an impressive 45,000 hours.
Our production line is a marvel of technological advancement, realizing full automation in every step of the idler production process, including straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly. This seamless operation epitomizes efficiency and innovation.
Our idler shaft processing employs cutting-edge fully automatic production lines, capable of executing precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capacity to process workpieces up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm.
Technological level
1. Our idlers are ingeniously designed for easy replacement, and the welding craftsmanship is solid and enduring, ensuring no wear on the idler shell throughout its standard service life, which impressively lasts no less than 45,000 hours.
2. Our idlers are equipped with specialized bearings and stamped bearing housings featuring double-layer seals. This design ensures exceptional sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and extended longevity. We utilize elite bearings from reputable imported brands for optimal performance.
3. The idlers' external dustproof capabilities adhere strictly to the MT821 - 1999 regulations, and their waterproof performance is equally compliant with these rigorous standards.
4. Every steel material undergoes thorough pre-treatment to achieve the St2-1/2 level. For parts involving welded structures, they are manufactured in strict adherence to national welding standards, ensuring structural conformity with the latest national criteria.
5. The rotational resistance coefficient of the upper idlers is a precise 0.022 or below, while the lower idlers maintain an even lower coefficient, not exceeding 0.02, attesting to our commitment to superior engineering and performance.
