Complementing this, we operate three semi-automatic production lines from the same prestigious manufacturer, ensuring unmatched precision and efficiency. We also boast two advanced idler shaft material production lines from Fuzhou Sanxun, skillfully accommodating a vast array of idler diameters ranging fromφ89 mm to φ219 mm, providing an impressive length range spanning 190 mm to 2200 mm.Our unwavering dedication to excellence is embodied in our choice of high-quality special steels for idlers. We procure these superior materials from esteemed suppliers like Xuzhou Guanghuan and Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes, ensuring unparalleled quality and performance.
Our relentless pursuit of superior quality is reflected in our unique steel pipe straightening process, dramatically reducing ovality and straightness variations of roller rings by an astonishing 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively lowered from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, in line with the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a heightened precision grade and a service life surpassing an incredible 45,000 hours.
Our production line exemplifies technological excellence, achieving full automation across all processes, including straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly. This seamless process represents the pinnacle of efficiency and innovation.
Our idler shaft processing leverages state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, executing precise tasks such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as small as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum of 2200mm.

1. Our idlers are ingeniously designed for effortless replacement, with strong welding techniques ensuring the idler shell remains unworn throughout its impressive service life of no less than 45,000 hours.
2. Featuring specialized bearings and stamped bearing housings with double-layer seals, our idlers guarantee exceptional sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and prolonged life. We employ premium bearings from leading brands like SKF for unparalleled performance.
3. The external dustproof capabilities of our idlers stringently adhere to the MT821 - 1999 regulations, ensuring excellent waterproof performance compliant with these rigorous standards.
4. Each steel material undergoes meticulous pre-treatment to reach the St2-1/2 level. Parts involving welded structures are crafted in strict compliance with national welding standards, ensuring structural conformity with the most recent national criteria.
5. The rotational resistance coefficient of the upper idlers is precisely 0.022 or below, whereas the lower idlers maintain an even more outstanding coefficient, not exceeding 0.02, highlighting our commitment to exceptional engineering and performance.
