We elevate quality through an exclusive steel pipe straightening process that dramatically curtails ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by a remarkable 50% over the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is astoundingly minimized from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN in line with MT821 standards, our idlers attain superior precision grades, boasting a service life surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.
Our production line is a testament to technological excellence, achieving full automation across all phases, including straightening, pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly. This seamless process epitomizes the zenith of efficiency and innovation.
Our idler shaft processing employs state-of-the-art fully automated lines, executing precise tasks such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The minimal distance between two milled grooves is a mere 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a length of 2200mm.
