Our idler shaft processing employs the latest fully automatic production lines, enabling exacting operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,with capabilities to process workpieces up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm.

1. Our idlers are ingeniously designed for effortless replacement, with robust welding craftsmanship guaranteeing no wear on the idler shell throughout its impressive service lifetime of no less than 45,000 hours.
2. Featuring specialized bearings and stamped bearing housings with dual-layer seals, our idlers ensure outstanding sealing, low rotational resistance, and extended longevity. We exclusively utilize premier bearings from renowned brands such as SKF for peak performance.
3. The idlers' dust-proof capabilities are rigorously compliant with MT821 - 1999 standards, and their waterproof performance equally adheres to these stringent guidelines.
4. Every steel material undergoes comprehensive pre-treatment to achieve the St2-1/2 level. For parts involving welded structures, we strictly follow national welding standards, ensuring structural integrity and conformity with the latest national criteria.
5. The rotational resistance coefficient of the upper idlers is a precise 0.022 or below, while the lower idlers maintain an even lower coefficient, not exceeding 0.02. This precision underscores our commitment to engineering excellence and superior performance.
