The idler's frictional resistance coefficient is tremendously reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is improved from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm. Our post-straightening precision achieves a straightness of just 0.20 mm. With an axial load capability exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers reach a refined precision grade, boasting an extraordinary lifespan of over 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing capitalizes on state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, adeptly performing precise tasks such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,while possessing the capability to manage workpieces up to an impressive maximum length of 2200mm.
