Our pursuit of excellence is evident in our specialized steel pipe straightening process, which dramatically reduces ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by 50% compared to the MT821 standard. We have reduced the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023, while improving radial runout from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a precision grade lifecycle surpassing 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing employs cutting-edge fully automated lines, expertly conducting precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,and we have the capability to handle workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.

Technological level
1. Our idlers are ingeniously crafted for seamless replacement, featuring welding techniques that are both sturdy and enduring, ensuring no wear on the idler shell throughout a service life of no less than 45,000 hours.
2. Our idlers incorporate specialized bearings and stamped bearing housings with double-layer seals. This advanced design ensures superior sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and extended durability. We use premier bearings from esteemed brands like SKF for unparalleled performance.
3. The idlers' external dustproof capabilities strictly adhere to MT821 - 1999 regulations, and their waterproof performance fully complies with these stringent standards.
4. Every steel material undergoes meticulous pre-treatment to achieve the St2-1/2 level, and parts involving welded structures are constructed in strict alignment with national welding standards, ensuring structural compliance with the latest national criteria.
5. The rotational resistance coefficient of the upper idlers is precisely 0.022 or below, while the lower idlers maintain a more impressive coefficient, not exceeding 0.02, underscoring our dedication to exceptional engineering and performance.
