The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is remarkably reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness improves from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers attain an elevated precision grade with a service life exceeding an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of handling workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
