This meticulous technique significantly reduces ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to MT821 standards. Frictional resistance coefficient of the idler has been expertly lowered from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023; radial runout enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness improved from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm.
