Our esteemed company, Yuanping Xingsheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., proudly operates a state-of-the-art TKAS idler production line engineered by the illustrious Tangshan Kaiyuan. This is complemented by three additional semi-automatic idler production lines, ensuring precision and quality. Moreover, our capabilities are further enhanced with two advanced idler shaft material production lines developed by the renowned Fuzhou Sanxun, allowing us to seamlessly process idlers with diameters spanningφ89 mm-φ219mm and an outstanding length range stretching from 190mm - 2200mm. We proudly utilize special high-quality steels for our idlers, sourced from the distinguished Xuzhou Guanghuan and the reputed Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) stainless steel pipes, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
Our unwavering commitment to quality manifests in our specialized steel pipe straightening process. This meticulous approach halves the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings compared to the MT821 standard. Remarkably, the idler's simulated frictional resistance has been reduced from 0.025 to 0.023; radial runout has improved from 1.0 mm to an impressive 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to a superior 0.20 mm. Withstanding an axial load exceeding 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers boast an upgraded lifespan, surpassing 45,000 hours.
Our production line is a beacon of technological prowess, showcasing a fully automated process for idler production. From straightening to pipe cutting, boring, stamping, welding, and assembly, every step is executed with precision and efficiency, reflecting our mastery of innovation.
In our idler shaft processing, we employ cutting-edge fully automatic production lines. These lines execute precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove operations. Notably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capability to handle workpieces up to an impressive maximum length of 2200mm.

1. Our idlers are ingeniously designed for seamless replacement, with robust welding craftsmanship ensuring the idler shell remains unscathed throughout its impressive standard service life of no less than 45,000 hours.
2. Equipped with specialized bearings and stamped bearing housings featuring dual-layer seals, our idlers deliver exceptional sealing, minimal rotational resistance, and extended durability. We invest in top-tier bearings from esteemed imported brands to guarantee optimal performance.
3. The idlers' external dustproof capabilities are meticulously compliant with MT821 - 1999 regulations, while their waterproof performance equally adheres to these stringent standards.
4. Every steel material undergoes rigorous pre-treatment to achieve the St2-1/2 level. Parts with welded structures are meticulously crafted in alignment with national welding standards, ensuring they meet the latest national criteria with precision.
